With this Clarification Text, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we inform you about the collection and transfer of your personal data, the purposes of processing, legal reasons and your rights. Your personal data mentioned in this Clarification Text may be processed and transferred in order to manage the requests and complaints regarding the products for which sales / maintenance or support services are provided, to respond to any questions you want to ask regarding the goods and products, and to continue promotional and marketing activities.
Your personal data are processed in accordance with the principles of compliance with the law and honesty rules, being accurate and up-to-date when necessary, being processed for specific, clear and legitimate purposes, being connected, limited and measured for the purpose for which they are processed, and being kept for the period required by the relevant legislation or for the purpose for which they are processed.

Your personal data, in order to provide the services we offer within the legal framework determined and in this context, in order for our Company to fulfill its obligations arising from the Contracts and legal legislation in a complete and accurate manner, our general directorate carries out our activities by being reached physically or electronically through channels such as our website and by obtaining all kinds of other verbal, written or electronic media by automatic or non-automatic methods and through other channels through which our Company communicates with you or may communicate with you in the future.
Your personal data collected for this legal reason can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this Clarification Text within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 4, 5 and 6 of the KVKK. The legal reasons for processing are as follows: Provided that we establish a contractual relationship with you or it is directly related to our performance obligation arising from this contract, it is necessary to process your personal data (for example, in accordance with the signed Contract, we provide support if you request about the use of the machine), Legitimate interest of the data controller (for example, keeping complaint records directed to us in order to improve our activities as a result of requests and complaints), Your explicit consent where necessary (for example, processing your data in cloud computing systems and transferring it abroad)
Transfer of Personal Data:
Your collected personal data may be transferred to BeeWorks’ foreign business partner, shareholders and the relevant department causing the problem within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 8 of the Law for the fulfillment of the commercial activities carried out by BeeWorks in accordance with the legislation and the Company’s Internal Policies and Procedures and for other processing purposes specified in this Clarification Text.
